About Our Office

Scheduling: Call today to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bunch. Eye exams usually take 30 minutes. Please allow for additional time for eye dilation, contact lens fitting and eye glass selection. Our office is open the following days. The office is open but Dr. Bunch does not see patients on Mondays.

Monday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday - 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Thursday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Friday - 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Emergencies: Any sudden change in vision, pain, or redness should be given prompt attention. We work in emergency appointment same day. If you need to contact the doctor or leave a message after hours call the office phone number: 972.422.2020. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Fees: We strive to stay very competitive for eye exams and eyewear. Please call or visit our office for specific details and frequent specials.

Payment is due when services are rendered, and a 50% deposit is required when ordering contact lenses and glasses, with the remainder due upon receipt. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.

Insurance: Our office is a provider for the largest vision care plans: Vision Service Plan (VSP), Eye Med (ECPA), Spectera and Medicare. We also accept major medical: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Fiserv, PHCS, Secure Horizons (by United Health Care), United Health Care.
